Report: Britain alienates Muslims

LONDON, Dec. 4 (UPI) — A report by a British think tank has found that the country’s policies have bred “resentment and alienation” in Muslims.

The report, written by the think tank Demos and funded in part by the country’s Department for Communities and Local Government, said ministers failed to discuss “reasonable” grievances raised by the Muslim community, including British foreign policy and support for the war in Iraq, The Telegraph reported Monday.
